Just as technology has conditioned our lives completely, technology will determine the pool of the future. In fact, it has done: super resistant balls, art tacos or racks are magic ones own inventions of recent times, something unthinkable 20 or 30 years ago. In the article this week we turn the crystal ball to imagine how will the pool a few decades later. Ready to travel billarístico future? Here we go!

1- Triangles standing alone


Breakthrough arises from a need. And it is clear that we need someone preferably billiard players-or something- Place balls for us. Templates work pretty well, but I miss a more automated system. If there is any engineer in the room, which triangle smart place the balls alone knows invent.

2- balls remote control to the embrasure


Speaking of balls, it is great to incorporate a sensor to take them directly to the embrasure. Ideal to raise your confidence levels on bad days or to surprise the girl (or boy) from the next table. Only workouts, of course. No remote control in competition balls. Aramith Cyclop insurance or are already working on it.

3- glasses augmented reality to know where to point


I recognize that play pool with goggles is a bit cumbersome. But if they tell you where you have to aim to get the ball? Then they become your best companion game. I imagine a Google Glass with previous billiards application as you go down and you put yourself to the shot, you report your position, angle specific shooting and all those things we have in the head just before shooting. 4- Apps with statistics shots in real time

as in football, would be cool to know how many kilometers has come such a ball, what percentage of passes (shots) has been successful, what is the ratio of failure blackballed … In short, watch real – time game statistics to know what we can improve. Show an app would be best. Track to track balls: we could use the same sensor speaking in point 2.

5- Tacos pocket Problem: carry the heavy taquera from one place to another is a bummer. And sometimes, if you’re not careful, you stolen. Solution: folding taco that fits in your pocket. When you pull the game, you keep it in his pants and ready.
